Candied Sweet Sausage & Rice

Makes 6 Servings



1.      Cut the sausage into thin slices

2.      In a pan combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish

3.      Add the sausage, mixing the ingredients and coating the sausage

4.      Cook on high until it reaches a boil

5.      Reduce heat to low, simmering uncovered for around 25 minutes or until the sauce thickens

6.      Serve with rice
