Classic Kielbasa and Beer

Makes 6 Servings



1.      Cut kielbasa sausage into 1 inch pieces

2.      In a pan combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut

3.      Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for around 45 minutes or until ½ the liquid evaporates

4.      Serve and eat the kielbasa and kraut plain or on a bun with French fries or chips
