Sausage Gravy

Makes 4 Servings



1.      Remove casings and mince the sausage into ¼ to ½ inch pieces

2.      In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage for 10 minutes or until browned

3.      Slowly stir in butter, milk and flour

4.      Reduce to medium-low heat, gently stirring until the gravy is to the desired thickness

5.      Serve with grits, biscuits or chicken
