Quick and Easy Sausage Gravy
  Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 pound Arnold’s Pork Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
2 tablespoons flour
1 3/4 cups milk
6 biscuits, warmed & halved

Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain off excess fat. Sprinkle flour over sausages and stir until smoothly blended.
2. Pour in milk slowly, stirring constantly to maintain consistency. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Stop cooking once the mixture has thickened sufficiently to your liking. Serve over biscuits.
