Franks with Beets

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
8 Arnold’s Beef Franks
10 beets, peeled and sliced
pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Boil the sliced beets in salt water for about 30 minutes. Drain.
2. Slice frankfurters into medium-sized pieces (as you like). Put frankfurter pieces on top of beets and add pepper and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook for about 6 minutes. Recommended served hot.
