Scrapple Stuffed Peppers

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Arnold’s Pork Scrapple OR Arnold’s Beef Scrapple
6 large green peppers
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup cheese sauce

Directions:
1. Cube and soften scrapple over low heat. Add onion. Cut thin slice from stem end of peppers. Remove seeds and place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain peppers and stuff with scrapple. Set peppers in muffin pans. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 25 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese sauce.
Comments: Fluffy buttered rice and carrots are good additions to this meal.
