Franks Goulash

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound (8 individual franks) Arnold’s Beef Franks OR Arnold’s Turkey Franks
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 tablespoons white vinegar
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup sour cream, blended with 2 tablespoons flour
salt

Directions:
1. Cut frankfurters into 1-inch thick slices. Heat butter in a 1 _ quart saucepan and in it sauté onions until soft and bright yellow. Do not let them brown. Add paprika and caraway seeds and sauté another 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Add vinegar and frankfurter slices and stir over low heat until frankfurters are well coated with spices. Add tomato juice, cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream and season to taste. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
