Franks and Creamed Spinach
 

Makes 2 to 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Arnold’s Beef Franks OR Arnold’s Turkey Franks
1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs, fried in butter
Creamed spinach

Directions:
1. Cut frankfurters into 1-inch cubes. Prepare creamed spinach. Mix frankfurters into spinach. Fry eggs.
2. Arrange spinach and frankfurter on dinner plates and top each portion with one or two fried eggs.
