Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. Arnolds Pork, Beef or Turkey Scrapple
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 Cup Cornflake crumbs
Syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Cut scrapple into 1"x1" sticks (We suggest cutting the pack
of scrapple lengthwise into 1" patties, then slicing the patties
lengthwise into long rectangular sticks.)
Crumble the cornflakes into a coarse mixture.
Combine egg and milk. Dip scrapple sticks in egg and milk mixture, then
in the cornflake crumbs to coat sides. Put in shallow pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes (this may vary greatly depending
on how well-done you like them). We recommend checking frequently, as
this recipe could burn easily depending on thickness of sticks.
Serving suggestions: Dip the scrapple sticks in syrup and serve with scrambled
eggs, fried potatoes, Arnold's Bacon, a glass of orange juice and a steaming
hot cup of coffee.
