Sausage and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
1 16oz. package Arnold's or Caroline Smoked Sausage
5 red potatoes
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
rosemary, as needed
salt, as needed
aluminum foil, as needed

Directions:
Clean potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch rounds. Place in microwavable container with 1/2 cup of water and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Cut onion in half and slice thin. Slice bratwurst into 1/4" thick rounds. Cut sheets of aluminum foil into 12" by 12" squares. Divide potatoes, sausage and onions equally onto the foil. Top with a pinch of rosemary, a pinch of salt and a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. Fold foil into envelopes and toss on hot grill for at least 15 minutes or bake in 375ÜF oven for 30 minutes. Makes approx. 9 - 10 packets.
