Spanish Rice and Sausage

Ingredients:
1 16 oz. package of Arnold's or Caroline Smoked Hots or Red Hots (depends on how hot you like it!)
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup medium diced green bell pepper
1 cup medium diced yellow onion
6 cups stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 cups instant rice, uncooked

Directions:
Remove sausage from casing and brown in skillet. Drain and reserve. Sauté peppers and onions in butter over medium-high heat until soft. Turn heat to high and add tomatoes, chili powder, rice and sausage. Bring to a simmer (do not boil), cover and turn heat to warm. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. 8-10 servings.
