Arnold’s® Poached Eggs on Scrapple with Bacon
Makes 4 Servings
- 1 lb Arnold’s Beef Scrapple® or Arnold’s Pork Scrapple®
- 1/2 lb Arnold’s Beef Bacon®
- 4 Large Eggs
- Chopped Parsley
- 1. Pan fry the scrapple and bacon until crisp.
- 2. Drop each egg into a swirl of gently simmering water.
- 3. Either put aside with cover until set or cook over low heat with yolk exposed above water line.
- 3. Place eggs on scrapple and bacon.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and salt and pepper if desired.
