- INGREDIENTS
 
- 1 lb Arnold’s Beef Bacon®
 - 1 tsp Butter
 - 2 tbsp Flour
 - 2 cans (28 oz) Whole Tomatoes
 - 2 tsp Salt
 - 4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
 - 1 package (3 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
 
- DIRECTIONS
 
- 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until evenly browned, over medium-high heat
 - 2. Place cooked bacon on a paper towel covered plate, leaving the drippings in the skillet
 - 3. Add butter and flour into skillet, stirring for 4 minutes or until the sauce thickens
 - 4. Hand crush the tomatoes into smaller bits and stir into the skillet
 - 5. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream, reducing heat to medium-low
 - 6. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes
 - 7. Mince cooked bacon and add to the gravy before serving
 - 8. Serve over pasta, with rice or atop a breaded chicken breast
