- INGREDIENTS
 
- 1 lb Arnold’s Pork Kielbasa®
 - ½ can or bottle of Beer
 - 10oz Sauerkraut, drained
 
- DIRECTIONS
 
- 1. Cut kielbasa sausage into 1 inch pieces
 - 2. In a pan combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut
 - 3. Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for around 45 minutes or until ½ the liquid evaporates
 - 4. Serve and eat the kielbasa and kraut plain or on a bun with French fries or chips
