- 2 lbs Arnold’s Smokes Sweet Sausage®
 - 1 cup Brown Sugar
 - 1/2 cup Ketchup
 - 1/4 cup Horseradish
 
- DIRECTIONS
 
- 1. Cut the sausage into thin slices
 - 2. In a pan combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish
 - 3. Add the sausage, mixing the ingredients and coating the sausage
 - 4. Cook on high until it reaches a boil
 - 5. Reduce heat to low, simmering uncovered for around 25 minutes or until the sauce thickens
 - 6. Serve with rice
