- INGREDIENTS
 
- 1 lb Caroline’s Smoked Sweet Sausage®, thinly sliced
 - 1 (15 oz) can Corn
 - 1 (14.5 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
 - 5 Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
 - 1 Onion, sliced into thin rings
 
- DIRECTIONS
 
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 - 2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
 - 3. Line the bottom of the baking dish with sliced potatoes
 - 4. Layer sliced onion rings, the un-drained corn and tomatoes
 - 5. Arrange sausage over top
 - 6. Bake covered for an hour or until potatoes are tender
 - 7. Serve in generous portions
